TD. Course Downloader is distributed with a number of third-party components, some of which are free and open-source software provided under their own licences. This page lists those components and the notices required by their licences. A THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file with the full licence texts is included in the Software’s installation folder, and the texts are also available from us on request.
These components are separate, independently-licensed programs. The Software invokes them as external executables and does not incorporate their code into its own. This arrangement (“mere aggregation” on a storage medium) does not place the Software itself under their licences; each component remains governed only by its own licence.
